Please read the following to ensure your dancer is at the Social Centre on Friday, February 1, 2013 for their appropriate practice time:

Runs from 4:30 – 9:00pm - Allows for running over.

Yellow 4:30-4:45 15 mins

Orange 4:45-5:00 15 mins

Green 5:00-5:15 15 mins

Blue 5:15-5:30 15 mins

Purple 5:30-5:45 15 mins

Pig Dance 5:45-6:45 1 hour

Full Run thru 6:45-7:25 40 mins

Red 7:25-7:45 20mins

Black 7:45-8:15 30 mins

Ensemble 8:15-9:00 45 mins

Time: Doors open @ 4:30 pm; Program 5:30 pm; Supper 7:00 pm; Dance to follow

Ticket Prices: $50.00 (16 Yrs - Adult); $35.00 (Youth 11-15 Yrs.); $20.00 (Youth 7-10 Yrs.); and 6 years and under Free

 

Please remember that per dancer enrolled, families registration included 1 Adult ticket and 1 dancer ticket. These will be available for pickup at the Christmas Concert on Monday, December 17, 2012.

Each family will be guaranteed one table of 10 tickets.  These tickets will be saved until January 7, 2013.  If these tickets are not purchased by this date, they will be sold to the public.  If you would like to purchase additional tickets, they will be available after January 7, 2013.  We cannot guarantee that additional tickets purchased will be seated with your table. 

If additional tickets are required, please ONLY text either Sharmen Chorney at 780-603-8339 or Donna Melenka at 780-603-1727 then pick up arrangements can be made.

We would also like to ask that all parents sign up for a volunteer position to help make the evening a success.  A list of all positions will be at the ticket selling table.  Please ensure the position you sign up for is one you can fulfill as bond cheques will be cashed if the position is not fulfilled.
